As a technology that integrates solar photovoltaic power generation systems into buildings, building photovoltaics is of great significance to optimizing energy structure, promoting energy conservation and emission reduction, and achieving sustainable economic development.

There are many types of energy. Geothermal energy buildings, as an innovative form of construction, combine renewable energy with architectural design, providing an effective way to achieve energy conservation, emission reduction and sustainable development goals. The guiding opinions propose that geothermal energy, air source heat pumps and centralized biomass energy should be promoted according to local conditions.

In Wangcheng District, Changsha City, Hunan Province, a key project to develop and utilize shallow geothermal energy in an energy supply area of 31.4 square kilometers is being accelerated. After the project is completed, it will realize centralized energy supply for various business formats such as commercial business, residential and schools in the area, allowing more people to enjoy a comfortable life of 'four seasons like spring' at work and at home. In recent years, Wangcheng District has actively promoted the large-scale application of shallow geothermal energy buildings. Through the application of shallow geothermal energy, it meets the needs of heating and cooling, reduces emissions and protects the environment. At the same time, Wangcheng District will continue to increase its efforts to promote the construction of a 'one network' for hot and cold energy supply, strive to create a high-standard 'demonstration' project, form a new pattern of ecology, energy saving and green environmental protection, and gather strength to build a modern harmonious coexistence between man and nature.

Shanxi Province, which has rich shallow geothermal energy resources, proposed to gradually expand the proportion of clean energy building energy consumption. Strengthen the application of geothermal energy buildings. All newly-invested public buildings with conditions should adopt the form of 'geothermal energy +' multi-energy complementation to solve the heating (cooling) energy demand. At the same time, promote the application of air energy, biomass energy, industrial waste heat and other heating applications according to local conditions. Based on the actual situation, Chengdu, Sichuan proposed to promote the application of heat pump technologies such as air source heat pumps and ground source heat pumps in new public buildings and the renovation of existing public buildings. New public buildings with a construction area of less than 20,000 square meters should use heat pump units for heating (except hotels and hospitals). The installed capacity of heat pump units used in other new public buildings should not be less than 50% of the total installed capacity of heat source equipment, or the annual heat supply of heat pumps should not be less than 65%.
